As we headed across Utah from Zion National Park to Bryce Canyon, we were surprised when we encountered Red Canyon National Forest (that we had somehow missed on the maps and research of the area). The intensity of the reds in the mountains dramatically increased as we eased into this beautiful area of our country.

So much grandeur, all before 3pm, and we haven't even reached Bryce National Park yet. Little did we know, the best was yet to come!
